What ages is soft play best for?+
Our setup is designed for supervised little ones ages 1–5. An attentive adult must remain with children while they play.
Can the setup go outdoors?+
Yes, when weather and surface conditions are appropriate. Outdoor setups require a clean, dry, level surface and a weather-safe backup plan.
How much space do I need?+
Please plan for a clear, level 10′ × 10′ area. Share venue dimensions or photos with your request and we’ll confirm the setup fits comfortably and safely.
How is the equipment cleaned?+
Every piece is cleaned and sanitized between rentals using materials appropriate for soft-play equipment.
Is adult supervision required?+
Yes. Soft play must be actively supervised by a responsible adult throughout the rental.
